YLIT VENTURES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a One Person Company incorporated in India, operating under the trading name YLit Ventures. We develop apps and software and publish consumer applications. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information you give us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and the contents of your message. We use this only to respond to you and to keep a record of the correspondence.

Information collected automatically on this website

Our hosting provider records standard server and access logs when you visit this site. These may include your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you requested, referring page and timestamps. This data is used for security, abuse prevention and to keep the site running. This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other sites.

Information collected by our apps

Each application we publish has its own privacy policy, disclosed on its App Store listing and inside the app, which sets out precisely what that app collects. Depending on the app, this may include:

• Account information — such as an email address or username, where the app requires an account.
• Content you create — the data you enter into or upload to the app.
• Diagnostic and usage data — crash reports and aggregated usage statistics, used to fix defects and improve the app.

We do not collect sensitive personal information unless an app specifically requires it, in which case that app will tell you before collecting it and ask for your consent.

We are based in India. Our service providers may store or process data in other countries. Where personal information is transferred outside the country in which it was collected, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above, or for as long as required by law. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to keep a reasonable business record. Account data is deleted when you delete your account, subject to any legal retention requirement.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

9. Children

Our website and apps are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Where an app is intended for a younger audience, that app's own policy and App Store listing will state so and will describe the additional protections that apply.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit and restricted access to production systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Third-party links

Our site links to third-party services such as the App Store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
